The Community Partnership's were established and fall under the direction of the Torbay Strategic Partnership (TSP). Since 2006, the TSP has delegated the development of the day to day management of the Partnerships to the Community Partnership Management Group. This group is made up of TSP representatives, Community Partnership Chairpersons elected to the group by the Community Partnership network, a senior officer from Torbay Council and the Director of the Community and Voluntary Action organisation.
