Festive fun at Parkfield

Children, young people and families are being invited to join in the fun at Parkfield over the Christmas holidays.

The Torbay Council run youth centre has a short holiday programme, including a Christmas Karaoke, climbing for five to seven year olds, Have a Go Sessions for eight to twelve year olds and family climbing sessions.

For all those people who are still looking for a unique Christmas present for their friends and family then Parkfield might hold the answer. It has two types of gift vouchers on offer, which can be purchased from Parkfield's reception.

There is a Climbing Wall Voucher, available in quantities of £10, which could be used for a one to one session with an instructor or could go towards a six week course. Also on offer is a Young Persons Twelve Month Centre Membership which costs £12. This membership is for eight to seventeen year olds and gives them free access or discounts to activities and youth clubs at Parkfield.

As the New Year draws nearer it's time to think about New Year Resolutions. For anybody who wants to see if they have an adventurous side and try something different then how about trying one of Parkfield's six week indoor climbing courses. There's something for everyone.
