WHO CAN AFFILIATE?
To Affiliate to CVA Torbay you must:

• have a charitable purpose.
• have an independent voluntary management committee.
• have independently annually audited accounts or certified accounts.
• operate in the local government district of Torbay

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Affiliation Fee.  Per Annum

• £20 for groups with no paid staff.
• £25 for groups with less than 5 paid staff.
• £30 for groups with 5 or more paid staff.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO NEXT?
If you are already listed on the CVA Torbay Database and would like to Affiliate, please download the  CVA Affiliation Form complete it and return to us with the appropriate fee to:

ONLINE FORM
We do not currently have a facility for online payment of Affiliation fees, hence why we are asking you download and complete forms to send to us by post together with your payment.  However, if you are usually invoiced or pay your renewal by BACS, please feel free to use this email form.
