British Red Cross ( Project Torbay)
The British Red Cross (BRC) helps individual people and communities in crisis. We are part of a global voluntary network, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies. There are a wide range of services, not all of which are present in all areas. We build resilient communities through providing a range of first aid learning approaches and to different levels, we deliver commercial (certificated) First Aid training, we provide First Aid cover at events, provide Health and Social care services such as our Medical and Equipment loan service, provide an International Tracing and Messaging Service for people separated due to conflicts or natural disasters, we deliver humanitarian education and citizenship with young people and are involved in fundraising activities.
