Cockington, Chelston and Livermead Community Partnership

This Community Partnership provides an opportunity for the local people who live or work in Cockington, Chelston and Livermead to discuss issues of common concern and influence the way in which services are provided in their area.

There is also a group in the area called The Cockington Forum, which was reformed in November 2006 and brings together residents, businesses and other organisations with an interest in Cockington. The Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust are an active membr of the forum. The forum is facilitated by the Cockington, Chelston and Livermead Community Partnership and is chaired by Tracey Cabache, the Community Partnership Manager for Torbay Council. It deals with matters pertaining to the whole of the Cockington estate.

The Community Partnership is made up of the Cockington with Chelston ward. The Partnership is run by local residents working in partnership with local Councillors and the Police.
