CVA Torbay exists to help local groups help local people by supporting, developing and promoting voluntary activity in the Torbay area. To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the local government district of TORBAY. To promote and organise co-operation in the achievement of the same. To bring together in council, representatives of the voluntary organisations and statutory authorities within the area of benefit.
