Equality South West
Equality South West is the regional pan-equality body for the South West. Which means, we look at issues for people identifying with any or all of the protected characteristics defined by the Equality Act 2010. We bring together organisations working to promote equality and human rights for people who face disadvantage or discrimination on the grounds of:
- Age
- Disability
- Gender Reassignment
- Marriage and Civil Partenership
- Pregnancy and Maternity
- Race
- Religion or belief
- Sex
- Sexual orientation
ESWs vision is for our region to become a model where discrimination is eliminated, diversity is universally valued and human rights are everywhere respected.
We are dedicated to promoting equality and diversity throughout the South West of England.
