This Community Partnership provides an opportunity for the local people who live or work in Shiphay or the Willows to discuss issues of common concern and influence the way in which services are provided in their area.

The Partnership covers the Shiphay with the Willows Ward, and is run by residents in partnership with local Councillors and the Police.
