Torcom – short for Torbay Communities – is a consortium of voluntary and community organisations which together form a strong, influential voice for Torbay’s third sector, or as it is becoming known, the civil society.

Sub-consortia of Torcom are also being developed and are at various different stages of progression.  One of these is the Children and Young People's Consortium, details of which can be found at this link:
