This is one of the three Community Partnerships that together previously formed the Tormohun Community Partnership which underwent restructuring to better serve the diverse communities within. This Partnership covers the area bordered by the Seafront and Harbour, Avenue Road, Mill Lane, Tor Church Road, Union Street and Fleet Street.

This Community Partnership covers the Tormohun Ward, and gives local people who live or work in this area of Torquay an opportunity to discuss issues of common concern, and influence the way in which services are provided in their area. The Partnership is run by residents in partnership with local Councillors, Street Wardens, Businesses and the Police.
