We have a shop at Station House (Exeter) that is open 10am until 1pm Tuesday – Friday, which sells aids and equipment. We run a low vision clinic whereby people can be assessed for an appropriate magnifying glass and lighting. We have a member of staff on duty at the low vision clinic in Totnes in order to assist people with equipment such as talking watches, large print diaries etc.. We produce a quarterly newsletter in various different formats to suit individual needs. We have social clubs throughout the county and we organise an annual “Fun Day” for people throughout the county to get together and then attend the AGM. We also provide advice on the telephone and to callers at Station House on a wide variety of topics. We are now pleased to be starting a Voluntary Visiting Service in both Torbay and Mid Devon.
