Home-Start Torbay has been in Torbay for nearly 18 years.
 
We are a Charity who support Familes with a Child under the age of 5 years.
 
All  of our Volunteers have a 40 hours training course to attend, this is normaly over a 10 week programme.

Office open 9.00 am - 4.00pm. Supporting families with children under 5 by providing home visiting volunteers. To safeguard, protect and preserve the good health, both mental and physical of children and the parents of children and to encourage a good relationship between parents and their children. To provide a high quality service capable of responding to demands from families and professionals, to promote the work of Homestart and thereby reach more families in need of support. To work effectively together with statutory and voluntary agencies to emphasise the value of preventative work with families.
