Scope Response is the first point of contact for our information, advice and support service. For information on cerebral palsy, disability issues and all of our services, Open 9am-7pm weekdays and 10am - 2 pm Saturdays. Freephone: 0808 8003333 Enquirers will receive information, support and advice through telephone, email or letter via Scope Helpline Response.- Adults with cerebral palsy and parents of children with cerebral palsy whose enquiry is more complex, or needs more local knowledge of resources and information, will be referred to a Regional Response Worker.- Parents of children newly diagnosed with cerebral palsy who contact Scope Response will be offered a face to face meeting.- Information, support and advice will be provided to all enquirers in the most appropriate manner to overcome any communication barriers. Response Service and Community Development - Builds relationships and partnerships at a local level to achieve our vision that disabled people achieve quality.
