From now until the end of March the Media Trust's Inspiring Voices fund is giving one £500 award per week to allow groups that feel unheard or voiceless to express themselves using digital media.

“We aim to inspire, empower and support disadvantaged and isolated communities across England who might otherwise feel voiceless and unheard. Digital media - online, video, radio - whatever format you choose, can be the perfect way to get yourself heard! In addition to making funding available through our awards and grant scheme, we provide free mentoring by media professionals and a rich calendar of training specifically designed for communities as well as third sector organisations.”

Community Voices is about supporting communities, specifically those with the greatest experience of social isolation or disadvantage, in their vision of creating a meaningful difference to their lives.
