  Train to Gain comes to the Voluntary Sector in Torbay   The most effective way to improve your Voluntary and Community Group is to ensure that your people have the right skills to do the best job.  

Now you can do so by taking advantage of the Train to Gain Service.

Train to Gain takes the hard work out of finding the best training available for your staff. It is a free and impartial service that will save you time and money:  

• A dedicated Skills Broker works with you to review your training needs
• Identifies appropriate training and potential financial support
• Presents a proposal of appropriate training available
• Brokers in chosen suppliers
• Always available for further training requirements.

Torbay Voluntary Service is delighted to announce that, working in Partnership with the Learning Skills Council, Train to Gain will shortly be available to Voluntary and Community Groups in Torbay.
