Torbay's Mayor in full support of recognition of volunteering through certificates
 
Torbay ChangeUp Consortium would like to formally recognise all volunteers in Torbay and are actively working on a project to achieve this. A large percentage of organisations currently have an existing system in place to thank volunteers however some may not, therefore this initiative of ‘Volunteer Award Certificates’ will raise the profile of volunteers and help to celebrate their valuable contribution.

 

Torbay Mayor Nick Bye is full of enthusiasm about rewarding and recognising volunteers in this way and has stated that he would also like to thank volunteers personally by adding his signature to the certificates. The Mayor is encouraging all voluntary/community groups and organisations in Torbay to get in touch with him about any celebrations or presentations they are planning.

 

Presenting your volunteers with a Volunteer Award Certificate by way of thanks for their selfless contribution to the community is just one small way of showing how much they are valued.

 

There are two certificates both of which are fully editable (one containing a space for the Mayors signature). Please download certificate of your choice:
